Sharing is living. The Growth community (the name comes from the town Crecente) is full of good vibes, and we love to invite our neighbors from the town and create a village-coliving connection.
You can do activities such as rafting, hiking, wine tasting with locals, go to the river, bungee jumping, travel through northern Portugal and Galicia, and now that winter comes we go to the thermal baths which is very close to the coliving and gather at the fireplace reading, or chill. We also have karaoke in the room below the coliving to respect those who want to rest.

Wood is not simply a resource:
It is a symbol of a new era in construction and sustainable living. Living next to this factory allows us to witness the birth of eco-friendly structures, the reuse and recycling of wood waste, and the wonderful synergy between industry and ecology.
Renewable Resources:
Unlike fossil resources, wood is renewable. Its production consumes 30% less energy than materials such as steel and concrete. In addition, well-managed forests capture CO2, helping to combat climate change.
Reuse and Recycling:
The wood used in our neighboring factory comes from sustainably managed forests, where every tree cut down is replaced by a new one. This ensures a balance, creating a life cycle that protects our planet.

What spaces do I have to work?
You have everything a rural coworking offers in the same house.
In this place you can work in different rooms since you have office tables and chairs, and also in your room since they all have office tables and chairs so you can work from there and make video calls with total tranquility, in addition to a high speed wifi to ensure the quality of your work.
How do the meals work?
Sergio, the host, will set up a small breakfast corner completely free of charge, so you don't have to worry about making breakfast and start the working day with energy, and you will have coffee, tea, juice, fruit and pastries.
We know that during the meals there will be people who will have work calls, so the lunch will be at the time you want. While dinners will be all together and 2 people each day will make more dinner for everyone, then we can all dine together on the outdoor terrace or indoors if the weather is bad.
What is included in the price?
During the whole day you will have at your disposal unlimited and free of charge: coffee, 5 types of tea, 2 types of fruit, 2 types of juice, 2 types of cereals and 2 types of sweets. And of course the costs of wifi, electricity, water and gas.
How can I get there?
There is a train station, called Pousa-Crecente, which is 800 meters from the coliving. So we can pick you up there. Going from Vigo to the coliving train stop costs less than 9 euros, and the views are beautiful.
Vigo airport is 42 minutes away by car. Going by cab from Vigo airport to the coliving has a cost of less than 45 euros, you just have to let us know 3 days in advance so we can call the cab and pick you up.
Santiago de Compostela airport is 1h 28 minutes away by car.
There are cab drivers to take you from the airport to the coliving, we call them in advance to bring you.
Where can I rent a car to travel around Galicia and Portugal?
At 14 km there is a car rental company, to which we will take you by car, and which costs 40 euros per day, that is, if there are 5 of you it will cost you only 8 euros per day.
What activities do we do in the area?
Rafting on the Miño river, bungee jumping, paintball, horseback riding, buggy, hiking, bicycle rental, Japanese hot springs, spa, car rental to travel around Galicia and Portugal.
